Organizational Performance Influenced by Academic Service Quality: An Investigation in Public Universities in Malaysia

摘要: The influence of service quality on organizational performance has captured a greater attention in corporate and academic world. public universities Malaysia are no different than such world terms quality, services, outcome. Hence, investigation the is key this study. A survey was conducted by drawing sample 435 international students from three Malaysia, using questionnaire developed modification SERVQUAL. modified assessing comprises five dimensions as resources, competence, skills development, attitude, responsiveness. Data obtained were analyzed techniques principal component analysis, one-way ANOVA, correlation, multiple regression. Results indicated that provided same level quality. It also found all significantly influenced performance. This study concludes advocating need comparative studies between private across countries.
