摘要: Eleven patients had ischemic complications secondary to ligation, hypoperfusion, exclusion, or thrombosis of the hypogastric arteries after aortoiliac reconstruction spontaneous thrombosis. Ligation one artery resulted in persistent ipsilateral buttock claudication three patients. Bilateral acute ischemia occurred eight and paralysis all patients, necrosis four anal bladder sphincteric dysfunction two colorectal Five these (63 percent) died. The mortality rate was 100 percent when developed. In most neurologic deficit suggested injury lumbosacral plexus rather than spinal cord ischemia.
