摘要: AIMS AND BACKGROUND Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor in men. Serum prostate-specific antigen (PSA), Gleason score and clinical range at time of diagnosis are important factors to predict prognosis outcome after therapy but additional accurate reliable biomarkers still wanted. So far, few prostate have been successfully implemented being used practice. However, modifications E-cadherin MMP-13 expression likely be involved invasion thus potential for prognosis. PATIENTS METHODS We analyzed concentrations plasma patients with 3 6 months beginning treatment related these measures free total PSA other features. RESULTS The concentration was lower compared control group, there no difference between two groups. During treatment, however, we found significant differences E-cadherin, observed a positive correlation third month testosterone before start treatment. CONCLUSIONS results suggest that parameters could both cancer.
