摘要: The PR oxidase, an extracellular enzyme, involved in the conversion of toxin into acid, was purified from culture broth Penicillium roqueforti ATCC 48936. enzyme has a pI 4.5 and molecular mass approximately 88 kDa, it is monomer. optimum pH for this ca. 4.0, temperature 50°C.
