摘要: Introduction Prevalence of childhood constipation has been estimated at 0.7% to 29.6% in the general population worldwide; most children have no obvious aetiological factors. One third with chronic continue problems beyond puberty. Half faecal impaction and incontinence experienced an episode painful defecation, many exhibit withholding behaviour.
