摘要: In this study, the growth of rat follicular (RF-1) cells was severely depressed when were subcultured by trypsinization directly into serum-free medium supplemented with insulin, transferrin and hydrocortisone, which are required for these in vitro. Within 24 hr after plating, 50-65% became binucleated, indicating lack cytokinesis. However, addition human plasma fibronectin (8 microgram/ml) to eliminated cell binucleation enhanced considerably. Fibronectin had same effect RF-1 plated tissue culture dishes on been absorbed, inoculated fibronectin-free medium. Cell poor occurred trypsinization, EGTA treatment or detachment mitotic cells. Under some conditions, could be "rescued" if added soon inoculation, that needed mainly during a limited time attaching substratum. Our findings describe an adhesive activity circumvents serum preincubation usually They also indicate importance fibronectin-mediated adhesion cytokinesis processes
