摘要: Gram-negative bacilli that are resistant to commonly used antibiotics a growing problem in seriously ill, hospitalized patients. Numerous outbreaks involving these organisms have been reported intensive care nurseries and among critically ill adults. In endemic situations, the major reservoir for pathogens is patient; occasionally, transmission from patient occurs through hands of caregivers. Although degree antibiotic use probably plays some role emergence antibiotic-resistant gram-negative bacilli, this relationship has not uniformly demonstrated, other factors intrinsic themselves may play an important role.
