摘要: This study describes the radiolabeling and preliminary biologic testing of diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA)-deoxyglucose (DG) labeled with (99m)Tc. A one-step [(99m)Tc]-DTPA-DG kit was prepared using stannous chloride reduction method. When (99m)TcO(4)(-) added to DTPA-DG at room temperature radiochemical purity 30 min later 99.2%, it remained >98.6% for 6 h. Rapid blood clearance observed in vivo biodistribution, main route via kidneys. No significant accumulation any other organs seen. The tumor-to-brain tumor-to-muscle concentration ratios uptake were higher than those fluorine-18-flurodeoxyglucose ((18)F-FDG). Scintigraphic results demonstrated feasibility imaging tumors. complex is a potential agent due ideal physical characteristics radionuclide, ease preparation, low cost, early preference renal excretion.
