摘要: We immunohistochemically examined the expression of leptin in pituitary adenomas to investigate correlation between invasiveness tumours and expression. The subjects consisted 79 patients with adenoma were classified into following groups: (1) non-functioning adenomas; (2) GH-secreting (3) prolactinomas; (4) ACTH-secreting (5) others (LH, FSH or TSH-secreting adenomas). Thereafter all cases subdivided according size tumour presence invasion surrounding tissue. Among adenomas, there was no significant difference invasive non-invasive adenoma. In functioning a noted intrasellar compared other adenomas. There also regardless size. These results suggest that has role potential
