摘要: The preoperative diagnosis of cavernous sinus invasion remains difficult and controversial, there are currently no reliable histological or molecular markers that predict pituitary tumour behaviour response to treatment. We evaluated 45 patients with adenoma. results have shown the sensitivity MRI for indicating in this prospective study was 60%, specificity 85%, positive predictive value 83.33%, negative 62.96%. Forty-five specimens adenomas were analyzed expression F8, VEGF, Ki-67, c-myc, bcl-2, nm23 MMP-9 immunoreactivity using immunoperoxidase staining. MVD assessed F8-related antigen. invasive significantly higher than noninvasive (P < 0.001). There an association between Ki-67 LI = 0.039) VEGF 0.001) But c-myc bcl-2 invasiveness 0.061 vs. P 0.201). On other hand, is inverse relationship tumor In conclusion, parasellar extension through medial wall diagnosed at surgery, can be determined by radiology sensitive gadolinium-enhanced MRI. Although our has associations adenomas, they lack specificity. These only provide some useful informations on therapeutic strategy adenomas.
