摘要: Summary. Stress hormones were infused for 6 h in healthy volunteers (n= 32). Free amino acid concentrations determined plasma and skeletal muscle biopsy specimens. A triple hormone combination of adrenaline, Cortisol, glucagon raised the level alanine muscle, while glutamine, glutamate, branched chain acids, aromatic basic acids decreased. Adrenaline alone partly reproduced this pattern, a 6-h infusion Cortisol left free unaffected. In all individual except glutamate decreased subjects receiving adrenaline or triple-hormone combination. Altered did not necessarily reflect changes tissue content. It is concluded that an stress into produces metabolism similar to those seen immediately after surgical trauma.
