摘要: Ligase detection reaction is utilized to distinguish minority template in the presence of an excess normal with a thermostable ligase. This process can be carried out mutant ligase, or modified oligonucleotide probe. procedure particularly useful for cancer-associated mutations. It has advantage providing quantitative measure amount ratio template.
