摘要: Abstract We have synthesized phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate from 4-phosphate by using diisopropylcarbodiimide to promote migration of the via a cyclic phosphodiester intermediate. The product was isolated thin-layer chromatographic method that depends on ability 4-phosphate, but not 3-phosphate, form complexes with boric acid. final yield procedure 8% which approximately 80% pure. shown be following criteria: (i) cochromatography an authentic standard borate chromatography, (ii) deacylated glycerophosphoinositol high-performance liquid (iii) conversion homogeneous 3-phosphatase, and (iv) deacylation deglyceration compound comigrates inositol 1,3-bisphosphate chromatography. availability mass amounts will allow further elaboration reactions in this recently discovered pathway metabolism.
