摘要: Members of the prokaryotic genus Streptomyces produce over 60% all known antibiotics and a wide range industrial enzymes. A leading theme in microbiology is which signals are received transmitted by these organisms to trigger onset morphological differentiation antibiotic production. The small gamma-butyrolactone A-factor an important autoregulatory signaling molecule streptomycetes, mutants blocked development In this study we showed that heterologous expression 324-amino acid secreted regulatory protein Factor C resulted restoration enhanced production A-factor-deficient bald mutant griseus, although parental strain lacks facC gene. Proteome analysis transformant several proteins belong regulon was restored. HPLC-MS/MS indicated due wild-type levels transformant. This indicates connection between two highly divergent types molecules possible interplay their networks.
