摘要: The effects of casein and soy protein on serum cholesterol levels lipoprotein composition were studied in 69 healthy volunteers (18 to 28 yr age) under strict dietary control. Subjects fed for 6 wk diets containing 13% energy as protein, 38% fat (P/S ratio = 0.6) about 380 mg per day. Of the 65% consisted or a 2:1 mixture protein. After control period 10 days during which all subjects received casein-soy diet, 20 continued this diet next 4 base-line control, 25 switched remaining 24 diet. Both food records chemical analysis double portions revealed that completely identical except type Average at end 152 +/- 27 mg/dl (3.93 0.69 mmol/l) 153 23 (3.95 0.60 (mean SD) group, respectively. At test 149 150 mg/dl, respectively; thus there was no significant change either On low-density concentration, only slight, nonsignificant increase high-density concentration. however, decline lipoprotein-cholesterol (-6.6 mg/dl; -0.17 (+5.8 +0.15 mmol/l). group significantly different from small but difference weakly significant. This suggest could have slight beneficial effect distribution over various fractions, even constant total
