Miniaturized molecularly imprinted polymer extraction method for the gas chromatographic analysis of flavonoids.

摘要: In this study, the use of monolithic molecularly imprinted polymers in a micropipette tip format allowing simple and fast extraction flavonoids from standard solutions black tea sample is demonstrated. The polymer employed quercetin, methacrylic acid or 4-vinylpyridine, ethylene glycol dimethacrylate as template, functional monomer, cross-linker, respectively. Surface morphologies quercetin-imprinted corresponding nonimprinted were characterized by SEM. Extraction flavonoid standards was performed to evaluate selectivity recovery with these polymers. Flavonoid compositions aliquots eluted tips identified using GC flame ionization detection. Maximum specific capacities 0.2, 5.7, 16.0 mg/g for catechin, morin, respectively, obtained prepared acid, recoveries 99.8, 98.8, 95.4%, Efficient epicatechin, quercetin an apple-flavored achieved, GC-MS compound identification both extracted samples.
