摘要: Objectives Human papillomavirus (HPV) causes tumors primarily Cervical cancer. Recently, inconsistent reports came up in Breast cancer (BC) too. In India, despite treatment 70,218 BC patients die each year. So, we explored the association of HPV, if any, with prognosis Indian pre-therapeutic (PT) and Neo-adjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) subsequent analysis HPV profile. Methods prevalence was checked physical status, copy number, genome variation, promoter methylation expression (mRNA protein) prevalent subtype done. Results High observed both PT (64.0%) NACT (71.0%) cases significant younger (20–45 yrs) patients. Interestingly, infection significantly increased from adjacent normal breast (9.5%, 2/21), fibro adenomas (30%, 3/10) to (64.8%, 203/313) samples. cases, HPV16 most (69.0%) followed by HPV18 HPV33. Survival illustrated hrHPV infected had worst prognosis. detailed profile done which showed Europian-G350 as frequent variant along high rate integration. Moreover, low number hyper-methylation P97 early were concordant E6 E7 mRNA protein expression. Notably, four novel variations (KT020838, KT020840, KT020841 KT020839) LCR region two (KT020836 KT020837) identified for first time E6^E7*I (KU199314) E6^E7*II (KU199315) fusion transcript variants. Conclusion Thus, led additional investigation Outcomes indicated a plausible role
