摘要: It is well documented that S100A4 upregulated in a large amount of invasive tumors and plays pivotal role tumor invasion metastasis. However, the precise mechanism exerts metastasis esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) have not been fully elucidated to date. Our data demonstrated was overexpressed human ESCC tissues, especially with poor differentiation, deep lymph node Subsequently, knockdown by RNAi line (EC-1) could reduce invasion, proliferation ability vitro. Most importantly, regulated MMP-2 positively E-cadherin negatively vivo vitro some extent. results suggest an important factor may control at least part through regulation activity. serve as biomarker for progression potential molecular target biotherapy ESCC.
