摘要: There is provided a method for preparing roasted nut-like product from soy beans. Raw beans are deskinned and split in bean halves which soaked at temperatures of 20°-100° C. swelling. After being dewatered, the subjected to fast drying mildly roasting hot air 160°-350° During first high temperature fixing their outer skin temperature, whereafter post-drying performed lower removing interior moisture.
