摘要: Mt. Etna is one of the most intriguing natural laboratories for studying deep structure a persistently active volcano with seismic tomography. Recent studies show that seismicity almost continuous in time and occurs over wide crustal volumes, allowing imaging entire crust down to source region magma uppermost mantle. At present, there are several papers on volcano. In past years, tomographic inversions P- S-wave arrival times from local earthquakes have been computed by using different techniques. These results help define P-wave velocities beneath 18-24 km depth. this paper, we review obtained so far propose scheme plumbing system. By three-dimensional models, also get accurate hypocentral locations an updated set seismicity. Finally, emphasize motivation future resolving what still do not know about Etna's
