摘要: Glioblastoma (GBM) is the most common and invasive adult brain cancer. The rapid invasion of cancer cells into normal a major cause treatment failure, yet mechanisms that regulate this process are poorly understood. We have identified novel mechanism invasion. show downregulated in renal cell carcinoma (DRR), which newly expressed gliomas, recruits AKT to focal adhesions. This DRR- induced pathological relocalization bypasses commonly altered upstream signaling events leads activation also developed an oligonucleotide therapeutic reduces DRR expression prevents glioma vivo preclinical model disease. Our findings identify as GBM target oligonucleotides targeting approach for DRR-positive GBMs.
