摘要: Tag loss in mark-recapture experiments is a violation of one the Jolly-Seber model assumptions. It causes bias parameter estimates and has only been dealt with an ad hoc manner. We develop methodology to estimate tag retention abundance double-tagging experiments. apply this walleyes (Stizostedion vitreum) Mille Lacs, Minnesota.
