摘要: The musculoskeletal system can be affected by a variety of abnormalities in association with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection. Although not as common complications involving other organ systems, such the pulmonary and central nervous HIV-associated disorders are sometimes initial presentation viral illness. Knowledge existence characteristic appearance conditions affecting bone, joint, muscle HIV-infected patients is valuable to radiologists for diagnosis clinicians detection appropriate treatment. We reviewed recent literature provide comprehensive assessment disorders, present radiologic examples from our own collection. This article divided into two parts. In first part we review infectious associated HIV illness AIDS, including cellulitis, abscesses, pyomyositis, septic bursitis, arthritis, osteomyelitis, bacillary angiomatosis. also spectrum mycobacterial infections, consisting tuberculous spondylitis spondylodiskitis, tenosynovitis, well infections caused atypical mycobacteria. Part II this will concentrate on non-infectious conditions, rheumatic neoplasms.
