摘要: PURPOSE: To evaluate the objective tumor response rates and toxicities of leucovorin (LV) plus fluorouracil (5-FU) cancer regimen combined with oxaliplatin (85 mg/m2) every 2 weeks on metastatic colorectal patients documented proof progression while bimonthly LV 5-FU alone. PATIENTS AND METHODS: One hundred were enrolled onto this study 97 received drugs between October 1995 December 1996. Eighty-nine eligible for per-protocol efficacy analysis one following two treatments: 500 mg/m2 continuous infusion 1.5 to g/m2/22 hours, days 1 through (FOLFUHD); or 200 mg/m2, bolus 400 600 mg/m2/22 (LV5FU2).
