摘要: Abstract The analysis of odor components in livestock waste has been extensively studied. Past research identified volatile fatty acids, especially from C 3 to 6 , as indicators malodor. Originally, the odorous were analyzed by gas chromatography after a tedious absorption and troublesome extraction procedure or subjectively olfactory system sense smell. Thus, there is need for development highly specific, quantitative analytical methods. In this research, comprehensive liquid manure approach—capillary electrophoresis (CE) with systematic optimization procedure—was adopted measure concentration propanoic acid (C 2 H 5 COOH, ), butyric 7 4 valeric 9 ) caproic 11 swine manure. Liquid samples filtration injected into CE directly. following condition finally proposed: fused-silica capillary, effective length 40 cm, 50 μm I.D.; buffer, 20 mM Tris 10 mM p -anisate, pH 8.0; voltage 30 kV; temperature 25 °C. results showed that provided acids at ppm level minimum sample needed (nanoliter). Moreover, use timesaving technique; one measurement separation those VFAs could be completed within 10 min.
