摘要: A quantitative study of the influence initial serum concentration on hybridoma growth rate, maximum viable and total cell yield, specific antibody production rate is presented. The varied in a Monod fashion with levels (2-10% FCS), giving K(m) = 1.6 v/v% mu(max) 0.92 d(-1). yields (total viable) were linear level, indicating stoichiometric as well kinetic limitation by component(s). for each individual run fitted to non-growth-associated model. However, parameter monotonically concentration, suggesting catalytic role component(s) production. Also, glutamine was utilized inefficiently, at least third it secreted back into culture supernate form glutamate. While very simple model equations describe product formation an batch run, larger picture indicates need more detailed unstructured or structured
