摘要: Abstract We have printed microscale 3-dimensional tissue scaffolds using cellulose acetate (CA) for the first time and produced a range of pore sizes ranging from 99 to 608 μm that are potentially favorable engineering. In process we elucidated some formulation-fabrication-morphology relationships which enabled advancements in ink development, optimization fabrication parameters, morphological control. The challenges printing very small pores were discussed improved by adjustment conditions use rheological modifier. believe this study will increase knowledge base additive manufacturing CA enable further research into 3D-printed engineering applications. Also, our findings on may provide practical principles methodologies applicable development other biomaterials.
