摘要: Colon cancer is one of the leading causes cancer-related deaths worldwide, despite recent advances in clinical oncology. Accumulating evidence sheds light on existence stem cells and their role conferring therapeutic resistance. Cancer are a minor fraction cells, which enable tumor heterogeneity initiate formation. In addition, these resistant to various cytotoxic factors. Therefore, elimination difficult but essential cure malignant foci completely. Herein, we review for intestinal colon methods detect tumor-initiating significance cell markers. We also describe emerging problems theory, including bidirectional conversion intertumoral phenotype.
