Influence of Mn Doping on Ferroelectric-Antiferromagnet BiFeO3Thin Films Grown on (LaAlO3)0.3(Sr2AlTaO6)0.7Substrates

摘要: We have fabricated phase-pure BiFe1-xMnxO3 (x=0, 0.05, and 0.2) thin films on (LaAlO3)0.3(Sr2AlTaO6)0.7 substrates by pulsed laser deposition technique examined the Mn substitution effect electric magnetic properties. The undoped BiFeO3 exhibited simultaneous ferroelectricity antiferromagnetism at room temperature, which was consistent with bulk property. increase in content resulted an enhancement conductivity, leading to spontaneous magnetization temperature along a deterioration ferroelectricity. Among three compositions, (x=0.05) film showed best multiferroic property exhibiting weak ferromagnetism.
