摘要: Although embryonic stem (ES) cells are capable of forming any cell type in the body, mechanisms that control type-specific differentiation largely unknown. In present study, we examined process to motor neurons and oligodendrocytes from mouse (Olig2GFP) ES cells. Mouse undergo a sequential over 3-week period generate oligodendrocytes. At day 7 differentiation, Olig2-expressing biased neuronal lineage. However, further (day 32) resulted majority exhibiting an oligodendrocyte phenotype as well reduced ability make neurons.
