The authors track development of this body based literature from 2000 to 2012 synthesize various perspectives into a comprehensive multilevel framework linking leadership, dimensions (organizational project levels), performance outcome. analysis also identifies measurement model that consists factors constructs reviewed may help assess precise nature relationship between provides implications for practice suggests new avenues future research, which would take one higher level understanding phenomenon.
