摘要: The Hedgehog (Hh) signaling pathway is crucial for normal embryonic development. Aberrant Hh implicated in numerous pathologic conditions including proliferative diseases such as cancer. During the past decade, academic and industrial research efforts have resulted discovery of a variety antagonists. This review focuses on most recent advances this field with particular emphasis medicinal chemistry approaches used to discover these While small molecule modulators were discovered through screening subsequent chemistry, number them originated from rational design or natural products.
