摘要: The three‐body heterogeneous and wall recombination coefficients for atomic oxygen were measured using an electron paramagnetic resonance spectrometer to monitor the time dependence of concentration. This measurements was made a pressure range from 0.224 1.10 torr pyrolysis ozone as source atoms. rate constant (with molecular third body), resulting computer fit data usual model, determined independent concentration be (6.26±0.94) ×10−34 cc2 molecule −2 sec−1. efficiency γ fused metaphosphoric acid–sodium metaphosphate mixture (the coating) found 9.1×10−6.
