摘要: Decisions about energy in developing communities are challenging from a technical standpoint, and because of the unique characteristics that typify them, e.g. limited infrastructure government budgets, complex social political arrangements, economic vulnerability. Against backdrop these challenges, Canada's Northwest Territories (NWT) is attempting to reform region's system. This paper provides insights decision sciences, stemming our work on NWT's planning process, how structure decisions development delivery so as effectively meet range stakeholders’ objectives transparent inclusive manner.
