摘要: Abstract The present study examined the levels of Angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1) and 2 (AT2) in brain stem cerebral cortex stroke-prone spontaneously hypertensive rat (SHR-sp) after long-term treatment with three types antihypertensive drugs: valsartan, enalapril, amlodipine. In both tissues, expression AT1was decreased by administration each drug. Expression AT2was drug administration, but did not change stem. This may contribute to elucidating relationship between AT1and AT2expressions effect drugs SHR-sp brain.
