摘要: AbstractBackground: Co-delivery of gene and anticancer drug into the same cancer cells or tissues by multifunctional nanocarriers may provide a new paradigm in treatment. In this study, nanostructured lipid carriers (NLCs) were constructed as nanomedicine for co-delivery enhanced green fluorescence protein plasmid (DNA) temozolomide (TMZ).Methods: TMZ- DNA-loaded NLCs (TMZ/DNA-NLCs) prepared. Their particle size, zeta potential, gene-loading capacity (GL) encapsulation efficiency (EE) evaluated. vitro cytotoxicity study TMZ/DNA-NLCs was tested U87 malignant glioma (U87 MG cells). vivo transfection anti-tumor efficacy evaluated on mice bearing model. Results: The optimum formulations with size 179 nm +23 mV surface charge; got 91% GL 83% EE. growth U87 MG obviously inhibited. also displayed highest gene...
