摘要: Lesion-induced regenerative sprouting of CNS axons is accompanied by structural and metabolic changes astrocytes. In order to evaluate the effects these astrocytic on axonal regeneration, we investigated spatio-temporal relationship gliosis, laminin expression in postcommissural fornix adult rat. Using immunocytochemical methods observed (1) a perilesional area with transient lack astrocytes axons, (2) reappearance reactive followed ingrowth fibres finally an increase laminin-immunoreactivity, (3) absence lesion-induced laminin-expression (4) formation long-lasting (at least 28 months) persistence dense plexus laminin-immunopositive blood vessels at site transection proximal distal stumps. These data indicate that astrogliosis permeable for regrowing injury-induced transected may be mediated laminin-independent mechanisms.
