摘要: The present invention concerns the use of protein RhoB and its variants to inhibit cancer cell growth, migration, invasion, metastasis, malignant transformation, and/or modulate oncogenic signaling, wherein introducing directly, or indirectly via a nucleic acid sequence encoding RhoB, into malignantly transformed cancerous decreases phosphorylation Erk Akt proteins inhibiting PI3-kinase/Akt survival pathway promoting apoptotic death. In one aspect, compositions methods are used transformation cells by oncogenes H-Ras, N-Ras, K-Ras, EGFR, ErbB2, growth such oncogenes. may be signaling in vivo vitro.
