摘要: The present study attempted to evaluate the efficacy of enriched housing conditions in promoting behavioral recovery following subicular lesion. Rats with bilateral ibotenic acid lesions ventral subiculum were exposed either or standard for 6 h daily 10 days. performance lesioned rats reared was severely impaired both 8-arm radial maze and water tasks. Lesioned showed but not maze. Our suggests possibility that may be based on functional demand spatial tasks require more appropriate environmental stimulation.
