摘要: A novel analytical method using fast gas chromatography combined with surface acoustic wave sensor (GC/SAW) has been developed for the detection of volatile aroma compounds emanated from lilac blossom (Syringa species: Syringa vulgaris variginata and dilatata). GC/SAW could detect quantify various fragrance emitted blossom, enabling to provide pattern analysis results. The easily characterize delicate differences in aromas caused by substantial difference chemical composition according different color shape petals. Moreover, validation was performed purpose floral actual analysis, achieving a high reproducibility excellent sensitivity. From results, serve as an alternative technique lilac. In addition, headspace solid-phase microextraction (HS-SPME) GC-MS employed further confirm identification fragrances compared GC/SAW.
