摘要: Salmonella represents an important global public health problem and it is emerging zoonotic bacterial threat in the poultry industry. Diverse registered human cases of salmonellosis shown origins. Various control measures have been employed both at farming processing levels to address it. This review focuses on traditional new detection techniques biofilm formation by spp. different approaches that can be used prevent and/or these bacteria. A number methodologies based approximations recently detect evaluate bacteria attached surfaces, including real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR), confocal laser scanning microscopy Optical Coherence Tomography. Due persistence food environments after cleaning sanitation, eradication strategies industry should constantly studied. In this sense, use several alternatives formation, such as lactic acid bacteria, phagetherapy, extracts from aromatic plants, quorum sensing inhibitors, bacteriocins nanomaterials, successfully tested will reviewed.
