摘要: The aim of the study was to determine microscopic angiogenic parameters neuroblastoma (NB) Schwannian stroma-poor tumours. Furthermore associations between vascular and clinicopathological features tumours basic prognostic factors were analysed. Examined tissue samples from 62 NB came 39 untreated 23 chemotherapy pretreated data comprised: patients' age, gender, survival, tumour site stage, histology MYCN status. The morphological analysis potential concentrated on examination patterns - classical type or pathological angiogenesis with mural microvascular proliferation (MVP). quantitative included semi-automatic assessment density (VD) in CD34 stained sections. Pathologic MVP, including simple and/or glomeruloid type, encountered 25 cases more frequent differentiating subtype extraadrenal VD value ranged 56 385 vessels/mm2 (median 149). Higher connected younger patient's age. In significantly higher infants than children over one year lower found be associated shorter survival. Our confirmed high vascularization revealed common occurrence pattern MVP. Angiogenic analysed group showed diversity related some features. This points toward heterogeneity aspects, possibly affecting tumours' reactivity antiangiogenic therapy.
