摘要: Microvascular proliferation (MVP) is one of the histopathological hallmarks glioblastoma (GB). In this study angiogenic potential in GB was analysed according to morphology MVP and by assessment vascular density. The analysis relations vascular parameters chosen clinical features performed. Tissue samples from 46 cases were examined. data included: patients’ age (32-78 years), gender (17 women, 29 men), location (frontal lobe - 13, temporal 18, parietal 14, two lobes 1) and tumour size CT (2-9 cm). Tumour vascularisation morphologically quantitatively. Histologically two types distinguished: simple glomeruloid. hot spots vessel density was assessed on sections immunostained for vWf. Simple type found all cases. Glomeruloid 33 with mean patients 59.5 yrs, while group without glomeruloids mean 48 yrs (statistically significant difference, p < 0.01). Mean density value examined 150.4 vessels/mm2 (median 141.5; SD 56.4) younger related higher (correlation coefficient R = -0.35; 0.017). Vascular only among data. presented results show that microvascular more intense older patients, since age. This observation may suggest diversity GB angiogenic depending
