摘要: In this opinion paper, we suggest that the scheme of complement system should be redrawn in order to better illustrate its potencies. This can achieved by putting amplification loop alternative pathway at center system. arrangement emphasizes C3b molecules, generated any pathway, stimulate amplification. Furthermore, it allows one differentiate between type stimulation and driven those immune complexes capture dimeric which are more potent C3 convertase precursors than C3b. Schemes similar drawn may help interplay pathways convey a clearer comprehension mechanics
