摘要: Background The complement system, a key component that links the innate and adaptive immune responses, has three pathways: classical, lectin, alternative pathways. In present study, we have analyzed levels of various components in blood samples from dengue fever (DF) hemorrhagic (DHF) patients found level activation is associated with disease severity. Methods Results Patients DHF had lower factor 3 (C3; p = 0.002) increased C3a, C4a C5a (p<0.0001) when compared to those less severe form, DF. There were no significant differences between DF C1q, immunocomplexes (CIC-CIq) CRP. However, small but statistically detected MBL. contrast, two regulatory proteins pathway varied widely patients: higher D (p 0.01), which cleaves B yield active (C3bBb) C3 convertase, H 0.03), inactivates than did patients. When considered factors together as an indicator convertase regulation, plasma these favored formation whereas its was inhibited (p<0.0001). Conclusion data suggest imbalance abnormal regulation activity
