摘要: BACKGROUND: The effects of dietary consumption goat or cow milk, normal enriched with calcium (Ca), on magnesium (Mg) bioavailability was evaluated in rats nutritional ferropenic anaemia. Control and iron-deficient were fed for 14 days iron-normal diets containing either (5000 mg kg−1 diet) high (10 000 Ca content. RESULTS: results shown that the milk diet gave best digestive metabolic utilization Mg, both among anaemic control group, respect to standard diets. most noteworthy result enrichment nutritive Mg is it less prejudicial this when supplemented via than diet. CONCLUSION: demonstrate beneficial double Ca, Mg; therefore type people anaemia can be recommended. Copyright © 2007 Society Chemical Industry
