摘要: Glioblastoma multiforme is the most common intracranial malignity of astrocyte origin in adults. Despite complex therapy consisting maximal surgical resection, adjuvant concomitant chemoradiotherapy with temozolomide followed by monotherapy, median survival ranges between 12 and 15 months from dia-gnosis. This infaust prognosis very often caused both impossibility achieving sufficient radical resection tumor resistance to therapy, which relates presence glioblastoma stem cells. Similarly normal cells, cells are capable self -renewal, differentiation, unlimited slow proliferation. Their conventional also due higher expressions DNA repair enzymes, antiapoptotic factors multidrug transporters. Therefore, targeting these unique properties could be a novel promising therapeutic approach leading more effective better patients. One approaches how successfully regulate above -mentioned targeted regulation microRNAs (miRNAs). These small noncoding RNA molecules posttranscriptionally expression than 2/ 3 all human genes that involved cell associated signaling pathways. Moreover, deregulated some miRNAs has been observed many cancers, including multiforme.
