摘要: K. pneumoniae is the most common cause of nosocomial respiratory tract and premature intensive care infections, second frequent Gram-negative bacteraemia urinary infections. Although immuno-prophylactic preparations appeared to offer suitable control, no vaccine trials were directed prevent Klebsiella in all patient’s groups. Therefore, screening for universal protein epitopes types infections corner-stone produce potent vaccines. Western blot was used such purpose highlighted five proteins produced sufficient amounts, shared by isolates exerted a clear immunogenic response different groups infected patients. Literature review further purification outer membrane (OMPs) revealed that those bands are main OMP’s Klebsiella. The conjugation OMPs O-antigens would be building block new vaccine.
