摘要: Klebsiella pneumoniae heat-stable enterotoxin was purified to apparent homogenicity by the same techniques used purify Escherichia coli enterotoxin. The two toxins had potency in suckling mouse assay and showed immunological cross-reactivity enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay, neutralization of secretory activity specific hyperimmune antisera, protection against active challenge rats immunized with a vaccine containing synthetically produced E.
