摘要: Abstract A group of green solvent named polyols-based deep eutectic solvents (PDES) combined with microwave assisted extraction (MAE) was first successfully applied in extracting phenolic compounds from pyrola. series PDES mixing different ratios choline chloride (ChCl) to polyols were investigated for extraction, and ChCl/1,4-Butanediol (1/4) found be the suitable solvent. MAE more effective than heat-stirring ultrasonic PDES. The parameters optimized by BBD test response surface methodology. optimal conditions 30% water at 70 °C 20 min liquid/solid ratio 10 mL/g.
